We are part of the bayreuth group of companies Graf von Thun und Hohenstein Veit based in Salzburg.
For many years we have been successful in developing austrian commercial- and tradingcenters. We cover the complete range of services from the acquisition of estates, obtaining the necessary authorizations, to the handover of the - under our control constructed - building to our hirers.
We turn our main attention on the construction of special retail centers in the range of 1000 to 15000 qm rentable area in district- and province capitals. Within the last 15 years we have implemented numerous such projects.
